Lady Bearcats and local fitness center to have partnership

The Anderson County High School girls’ basketball team and Fitness Firm have agreed on a partnership in which former Lady Bearcat All-State guard Makenzie Cann will be working with players as a strength and conditioning coach.
Cann will create and implement a conditioning program based on her college experiences, which include three years spent at the University of Kentucky.
Additionally, during the season if Anderson girls’ basketball players are unable to use school facilities due to Covid-19, the Fitness Firm will give players a free membership during that time. Finally, players will receive a special discounted membership to the Fitness Firm if they choose.
